I was born at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Yakima Washington, and am a lifelong resident of the Yakima Valley. Originally I followed my heritage, and was a fourth generation farmer raising fruit in our bountiful valley, before leaving that industry and making a career change into Real Estate. I was married to my wife Peggy for thirty five years and raised a son (Kyle) here. Peggy worked as a Radiological Technician at St. E' s. and as the Dean of Technology Services at YVCC until she was tragically killed in an automobile accident in 2005.
I have enjoyed the challenges of the Real Estate industry and the many clients I have had the opportunity to serve as their Realtor. In 2007 I became a Real Estate Broker, and opened the office in Selah, WA known as Keller & Associates, LLC Real Estate. I have observed many changes in this area during my lifetime, and have seen many acres of farm land transformed into housing developments as needed by the demand for more housing for the many people who have moved or are in the process of moving into our Valley.. I attribute our growth to our affordable housing market compared to other parts of the state; the climate that we enjoy; our location being central to the state, and our four distinct seasons providing jobs and recreation activities all year long.

Chuck Johnson has been an active member of the Real Estate community since 1977. He has also been involved in almost all aspects of the Real Estate process: everything from land platting and development, excavation and utility work, home building, rentals, to Real Estate Sales. You will be hard pressed to find someone who understands the Yakima Real Estate market better than Chuck.
He has been the managing partner for over 20 subdivisions through out the Yakima Valley and has overseen the sale of over500 of his own lots or homes. Besides residential property Chuck has also managed and sold numerous commercial, industrial, and multifamily pieces of property. He is certainly not someone who has watched the Real Estate market from the side lines. With the volume of business that he has done in this area he has make strong contacts with a vast majority of the Real Estate professionals in the area.
Chuck's interests away from work include family, wine tasting, snowmobiling, and golfing.

Corey has been involved in the Real Estate business since High School (8 years in total). After high school he took four years off to attend college at the University of Washington. While at UW he achieved a 3.83 GPA and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Business school. He was also President of his Fraternity (Delta Chi) and made Dean's List every quarter he was in school.
Since graduation he has been working full time as a partner for a development consulting firm in Yakima. At the firm he has been an interical part in the completion of 8 subdivisions and over 200 home sites. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the land development and Real Estate profession.
Corey's great passion in life is adventure and he tried till fill his life with as much as possible. He has done extensive travels around the US, Europe, South American, and Australia. When he's not working or traveling he fills his time with Fly Fishing, Hiking, and enjoying the outdoors.

Debra is a new REALTOR, but certainly not new to the world of real estate. After four years in property development in the Seattle area, Debra moved on to a career in property management as an APM for a national trust fund investment group -- with a portfolio in the Seattle area of over 2 million square feet of office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, industrial parks, and garden park apartments. Fifteen years of Seattle traffic was enough, and she was happy to move back home to Yakima.
Debra has owned and operated a successful business in Selah for teh past five years and is responsible for the administrative management of our office.
She previously served as a Disaster Services volunteer with the American Red Cross both on the local and national levels; serving six weeks as a Family Services supervisor in New York and New Jersey following 9/11.
In her spare time, Debra enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors.
